All Adoptions & Sales Are Final There are no refunds. As per my website. In the event a refund must be processed a 10 percent fee of the total transaction will be deducted to cover the refunded transaction fee.

In the event there is an incident it must be reported with photos within one hour of arrival. In the event merchandise arrives damaged from shipping it will be covered under insurance. You must send me a photo of the incident as soon as possible.

MERCHANDISE, FEEDERS, ENCLOSURES EXC ARE. PLEASE READ MY WEBSITE AND EVERY LISTING. I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO CHANGE THE WEBSITE AND CHARGE SHIPPING. I'VE HAD FREE SHIPPING FOR YOU GUYS FOR YEARS. LET'S KEEP IT THAT WAY. PLEASE CHECKOUT PROPERLY.

Once an adoption is placed, if you have not selected your propper shipping option at checkout your adoption is not finalized and that spider will remain available for adoption. In the event the spider is re - adopted and a refund must be made you will be charged a 10 percent transaction fee to cover the refunded transaction.

ABANDONED ADOPTIONS

After one month of no contact with me after you have placed an adoption you will forfeit that adoption. No refund will be given. Your money will then become a donation for my continued care of the spider and for the loss of opportunity to get that spider a loving family. You can use it as a write it off at the end of the year.
